It appears Whirlpool.net.au is still having some issues possibly due to some more targeted DDoS attacks that started in the early hours of the 29th June 2010. Unfortunately, it looks like Whirlpool will be offline until further notice.

Whirlpool is going to be offline all day. Their attacks are no match for our laid-back attitude!

Earlier today Itnews reported that Whirlpool was suffering from the load of some nasty targeted DDoS attacks. Lets hope Australia's Biggest forum community and Broadband portal gets back online soon.
From 12:45am, Whirlpool host Bulletproof Networks noted irregular packet loss and investigated. The hosting company discovered a large number of HTTP requests from a number of source IP addresses, all targeting Whirlpool.
