Justice Cowdroy’s final decision has been revealed today in the iiNet vs AFACT (Australian Federation Against Copyright Theft) case and has found that “”It is impossible to conclude that iiNet has authorised copyright infringement” and “iiNet did not have relevant power to prevent infringements occurring,”
