Unlike previous Stargate episodes, SG:U looks to to draw heavily from the extremely successful Battlestar Galatica in terms of style, gritty visuals and mood. The trailer is very reminiscent of BSG and is devoid of the camp factor previous Stargate’s are infamous for.

The Open Source XBMC fork; Boxee, has been going from strength to strength adding some new “most requested” features and also managing to get Hulu into the front end thanks to a unique legal workaround.
